Laser cheques for your accounting software

Print your payments straight from your accounting software on our 8.5" × 11" laser cheques. They are printed on high-security cheque paper, numbered in sequence and pre-printed with your company and bank information, so your laser printer only adds the payee, amount and date.

Options

• Format: 8.5" × 11" laser sheet.
• Background: high-security blue, burgundy or green.
• Imprint: your company and bank information in black, free.
• Numbering: consecutive, in black ink (starts at 1001 unless you tell us otherwise).
• Quantities: 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 cheques.

Compatible with your software

Our laser cheque layouts work with more than 2,000 software packages, including Simply Accounting (Sage 50), ACCPAC Plus and ACCPAC for Windows. Tell us which software you use and we match the layout. Window envelopes: no. 776 (single window) and no. 775 (double window).

Place your order, then email a cheque or deposit slip marked "VOID" (or the MICR specification sheet from your bank) to [email protected], with your accounting software and starting cheque number. STEP 1:

The first step to the cheque ordering process is knowing which software you are using. This will determine the corresponding cheque body to use.

There are 5 main imprint areas on every cheque order as seen in the illustration below.
